Agree. ET is reducing leverage and putting its strong cash flow to work, while maintaining the dividend/distribution at a very high level. I continue to reinvest all dividends in new shares at these undervalued levels. The current analysts price targets for ET are all up in the $20 - $22 range, and several analysts have emphasized how truly undervalued ET shares are right now.
