Here's my take on the late 10Q. The company put out a NT-10Q the day the 10Q was due giving them a 5 day grace period. On the sixth day the company released an 8K stating the reasons it couldn't be submitted within the 5 day window. They also stated they believed the 10Q would be submitted by Friday. Was it submitted Friday? I guess we'll have to wait until Monday morning to find out. Everyone has the right to feel the way they want about the issue but in my opinion the company has done all we can expect them to do to keep us informed about the status of the 10Q. This is a multi million dollar acquisition and they want to make sure everything is done correctly. If that means being a little late on the 10Q while keeping us informed of the progress I'm fine with that. Everyone have a great weekend. Go SOLI
