Universal Apparel & Textile Company (OTC:DKGR) Receives Cargo Pants Order AND Negotiates For Its Largest Order For 2020 Spring And Summer Clothing.

Universal Apparel & Textile Company (OTC:DKGR) is pleased to announce that it has received an order for $300,000 of cargo short pants. Even more exciting, it has been approached from a wholesaler for 2020 spring and summer clothing. The cumulative value of these orders will be in excess of $2.0 million. The production of the cargo shorts will begin immediately with first delivery expected in February of 2020.

Mr Kabir, CEO of Universal Apparel, states, “We are extremely excited about obtaining a contract for the cargo short pants. I am negotiating ferociously to get the order for the 2020 clothing collection and we are also in the process of negotiating multi-million contracts to supply t-shirts, long pants, hoodies and thermals for several different, massive wholesalers. In addition, a new potential wholesaler in Florida has been impressed by our products so that we are now competing against several other manufacturers to supply hoodies for sale in that immediate area. The contracts and purchase orders will hopefully be finalized in a short period of time as our reputation precedes us. This will keep our oversees factories at full capacity until the late summer of 2020.”

Universal Apparel & Textile Company (DKGR:OTC) Provides A March Delivery Update

Universal Apparel & Textile Company (DKGR:OTC) is pleased to announce that earlier this month, four shipments of goods have reached US ports worth $500,000 in revenue. Two of the containers have been successfully delivered to a wholesaler in the Midwest. The first shipment was 1615 boxes of newly designed men’s cargo pants with contemporary colors whereas the second shipment consisted of 1322 boxes of men’s T-shirts made out of open-end fabrics. Two additional shipments have arrived in US ports this week. One is in Los Angeles and the other in New Jersey.

Mr Kabir, CEO of Universal Apparel, states, “Our shipments’ arrival in US Ports within a short period of time is keeping us busy in clearing customs and preparing to deliver them to customers’ warehouses. Our customers are anxiously anticipating the product so as to showcase them before warmer temperatures finally arrive. In our line of business, timely delivery is one of our key competitive advantages that we have always adhered to.”

Universal Apparel has also had strong demand for its heavy duty denim cargo pants with assorted colors for the 2019 Spring/Summer season. The end users for these pants are young urban professionals and millennials. The company expects to capture an even large market share over the next quarter.

Universal Apparel & Textile Company (DKGR:OTC) is pleased to announce that Ray Leonard Junior, the son of five time world boxing champion and gold medalist, Sugar Ray Leonard, will team up with Universal Apparel and Textile Inc. (DKGR:OTC) to manufacture an apparel line for his world tour for the benefit of US troops. The exact specifications will be formalized in a joint venture agreement to be signed in the next few weeks.

Ray Junior is like his father in so many ways. He loves giving back to his country by touring the world to help the US troops deal with destructive behavior, domestic violence, suicide, substance abuse and sexual assault, utilizing motivational speaking on how to overcome the obstacles that life throws.

Since Ray Junior was a boy, giving back to his community and paying it forward has always been his motivation. The tour takes him to military bases, domestic and abroad. Now with his new apparel line, he can show his appreciation to the troops wherever he goes.

The name of Ray Leonard's brand is forthcoming and should be available by the Fall of 2019.

Universal Apparel & Textile Company (DKGR:OTC) Starts Development Of Specialty Tracksuits And Jogging Suits; Attends Largest Garments Show

Universal Apparel & Textile Company (DKGR:OTC) is ecstatic to report that it has received an order to develop both tracksuits and jogging suits comprised of specialty fabrics for an investment group based in New York. The fabric will be unique in that it will be made with a combination of ring-spun cotton, viscose (rayon) as well as spandex. The final product will be one of a kind.

Once the fabric has been developed, Universal Apparel will incorporate the fabric into ladies stretch denim jeans that will then be manufactured for a fraction of the typical cost but will, however, be more durable and flexible than traditional ones on the market. Initially the products will be sold via online stores such as Amazon, followed by various chain stores.

Universal Apparel just attended the largest garments show in North America, The Magic Show (www.ubmfashion.com), which was held in Las Vegas from February 5th to February 7th. Based on in depth conversations with various wholesalers, demand for denim jeans is on the rise so this exclusive offering is expected to dominate the market.

The starting line of products will be mens heavy Winter jackets,tracksuits and long pants to be used for aggressive physical activity.

Acrylic is a synthetic fiber made from polymer which is both strong and warm and often used for sweaters and tracksuits. To develop product is more of an art than a science but, with Universal Apparels years of experience, can easily be accomplished.
