An AdCom is well within the responsibilities of the FDA and is therefore the exact opposite of arbitrary and capricious.



If they did it within the review time sure, but to decide upon one later in a way that will push back the date is arbritary and capricious (and absolutely despicable).

If they wanted an adcom they should have decided that right away, I don't understand why they are legally allowed to do this. They should be prohibited from doing so as a matter of black letter law.
