Merger-Schmerger...I can't COUNT all the times Eddie "I'm Resigning" Vakser claimed he was buying/acquiring/merging with one company or another. Literally DOZENS and ALL were pump-and-dump SCAMS. Invariably they're centered around whatever is in the news --marijuana, crypto currency, 3D TV/signage/art, satellite TV channels, various sports teams, energy drinks, technology of all sorts, Payooze payment systems, insurance, a cure for the national opioid crisis (which never got off the ground because the convicted criminal and ex-CEO of two of his tickers secretly running the project overdosed and died at 47), running a hedge fund, Water-2-Fuel etccccccccccc.........

I don't doubt Eddie may announce a merger has happened.. is about to happen... is delayed but will happen. Regardless, it will never result in a legitimate, viable business. ALL he cares about is a good story to dupe the ignorant and gullible.
