I spoke with the old CFO (Susan Lokey) from back when ZDEC was still SSTL, Inc.

She basically said since she filed the last quarterly (when the stock was trading over 1 dollar per share) virtually nothing has changed except for the company going dark.

There was supposed to be a reverse merger but it basically fell through and not much ever came of it, hence the ease at which Rhonda Keaveney was able to take control of ZDEC.
