Due note that Sucampo bought out VTESSE for $200 million in 2017 and then Mallinckrodt bought Sucampo for 1.2 billion in Feb of 2018.

In Feb or 2018 Mallinckrodt shares had a high of ~ $71 dollars. LOOK AT THEM NOW -- CLOSED TODAY AT $4.53

There is more $$ out there then good deals to go around. Everybody is chasing a yield/ROI which is why these deals get made. Its a rare one that pays out.
