Did not read your posting before posting the previous message. I feel that PV's trip to London is good news-maybe what he found out in London had something to do with changing his mind about the merger with the toy company. In the article I read they stated that the London exchange had many advatages for an International company. I wish I'de saved the article so I could post it, but I didn't and I don't even remember where I read it- It could have been in the NY Times or somewhere on line.
