In 2009 Eddie pulled a 1-for-50 reverse split on his ARTS (fka ARTI.OB) reducing the O/S from 961,320,064 to 19,226,40. He carpet bombed the pps back down to .0001.

On April 28, 2010 he increased the A/S from 500m to 2B.

Just over a month later --on On June 21, 2010-- he again increased the A/S from 2B to 10B.

THEN, 3 months later, he doubled it to 20B!!!

Not content with that.. On November 4, 2010, he pulled another 1-for-24,000 reverse split!!!!!!!

Much of this was necessary due to all the toxic financing/ convertible notes he issued.
