LOLOL...EDDIE RE-POSTED 2018 ANNUAL REPORT AS Q2 2019!!!!

Seriously..you CAN NOT make this stuff up!!!

His Q2 2019 is IDENTICAL to his 2018 Annual report except for his changing the dates. Both are 7 pages. Both list other "significant" and "beneficial shareholders" INCLUDING Eddie's INTELECON and NRG Inc. which prove he owning a a minimum total of 420 Million shares-- not the 220 million he claimed in Q1. Other Vakser family entities own more yet aren't disclosed.

I suspect my reminder about the deadline may have interrupted him "gettin' his nightly drink on" ...panicked him into filing a "notice of late filing".. then grabbing an old disclosure, changing the dates and slapping it up to preserve his PINK status (This might also explain why he tends to file the same stuff multiple times).

I predict he will realize what happens when he sobers up and will set about fabricating another Q2 to cover his tracks. What's clear is he didn't have one ready as required and has embarrassed himself yet again.
