So smart that they had to pedal back 5 years behind and apply that bogus RETROACTIVE ILLEGAL agreement with Searchlight, after they were debunked here pretending to own claims

The only thing this agrrement says is that GNCP could call the titles if they can show proof of proper financing for exploration (which obviously they don’t), if they can can provide proof of corporate intention of developing the mine ( in fact GNCP is bailing out of the mining industry), plus a third condition that I forget

So does GNCP qualify for this call option? ANSOLUTELY NOT!!!
