That has been the INTENT, windough-shopper

Unfortunately for the FTC, they have so far failed at the going bust part, while succeeding famously at the dragging out part

Many different sources have stepped up to make sure that hasn't happened, in my opinion

They still only have 29.3 million O/S

They also have the machine in Taunton that they can borrow against if it comes to it

They are NOT going bust.

The intent of IVDN is to win this case, and do so in a fashion that does not allow any appeals to the decision

No one hates the delay any more than I do, but if they come out of this case with their patents PROVEN, and the ability to sell the house wrap once again, then it will have been worth it

I understand the frustration buddy, I have been following this company for almost 15 years now, back when the house wrap didn't exist.

I am holding on for the brass ring dude, world changing products like Insultex do not fall off the truck every day
