I have been trading these pink securities since the early 90s and have never known this to happen.

This could end up being a high profile case for this type of security crime.

I am betting it ends in favor of the company. Just my speculation just as all the other opinions on this and other boards are.

The less you respond to negativity the more peaceful your life will become...
