Maybe this is the part of the agreement they forgot to inform the bagholders about?
Genesis gets to dump all their shares. Bagholders as usual clean up the mess.
When is the next earnings report due?
They're on some really weird fiscal calendar

I guess this was conveniently omitted from the PR announcing the agreement reached between Hive and Genesis. Explains a lot about the price movement since the agreement was reached.
