Qs are not a new reverse merger play.
There have been several past TDRPQ and current (see MSHFQ, XNNHQ) plays involving bankrupt shells.

As for people posting all sorts of nonsense about past debt anyone looking to buy shouldn't be too lazy to run a google search to find the final decree of the bankruptcy filing and understand what fully discharged means.
