Why would they add “ or 2 step “ in the language if it was”nt required ?...They clearly knew the line of credit was Max. 5,000,000...Have all the documents been physically unsealed ? ...If they haven”t I suspect the 2 step is in one of the documents....$ 4.3 M upfront just doesn’t cut it with me...There had to be more attractive bids than that...
