Lately the SEC again suspended plenty of delinquent filers who filed their last 10k for 2016. GPNE's last 10k has been filed for 2016 as well. So who knows, this one could very soon be done for good anyway. Could be tomorrow, could be in a few weeks or a few months, the SEC doesn't have a clear path here but it certainly is at a huge risk now since they apparently don't want to file again.
