The issue is news won't matter much without proof, people are wary of management and the "news" they release due to what has already happened.

The dilution and PR about a share buy back and some of the other questionable news pieces has given people reason to not believe what management says and will take some time for people to trust Greg and any PR put out.

The financials need to be released as this is another piece where people will find out whether management has been truthful or not and will give some clarity on the overall health of the combined entities.

The past 7 months have been a lot of talk without a lot of action and most of the talk has come right out of the pink sheet playbook
