1 Year low of 4.11, from 4.11 to 9.22, it doubled and more than doubled, so it looks more like a correction than the news related move, it is like a mini crash and still not done, it is going back to 1 year low or even further down before a bounce! this is speculative at this time, no solid reasoning for upside or downside price, both speculative and technicals taking it down!.
