Pro + CBD OIL has been given a non-final notice and it appears that CVSI will not pursue it. The only company that has filed for trademark is CBD Pros. They are not filing for the use of the words cbd pros only the leaf design which includes the words cbd pros within the leaf design. They have been using that design since
January 1, 2013. Cvsi has been using Pro +cbd oil since 2016. I believe cvsi registered Pro as a stand by in case the Plus mark was not able to pass the muster. Imo Wolf
Look at the possibility that Charlotte’s Web May have to change their packageing labels that have the words plus and hemp. The company that has a registered ® trademark for the word Plus in ’Hemp Plus’ can In my opinion challenge them for trademark infringement.
