DCGD IS NOW A $5B REVERSE MERGER AND HERE'S WHY

The DD to date has shown that Justin Costello, CEO of GRN Funds, LLC has taken a 55% stake in DCGD and become CEO of Discovery Gold Corp. This was shown by an 8k and SEC Form 3 Filing.

GRN Funds, LLC is a $1.15B Hedge Fund, which typically invests client money into non-traditional companies using high risk financing methods. The speculation driving DCGD is that GRN Funds, LLC is going public. Because they are located in Washington State, they must form a separate corporation before merging into a public shell per Washington State rules.

A short while ago, a new corporation was formed, GRN Holding Corporation, which also has Justin Costello as the CEO. This is a solid indicator that GRN will be merging into a public shell - and all signs point towards DCGD.

Here's where things get interesting

Florida only had 14 licenses for MMJ in the entire state, which operated through one single bank for transactions....First Green Bank.

In late 2018, Florida's only Bank, First Green Bank, was acquired by a larger bank. They were the ONLY MMJ friendly bank in the entire state. They subsequently let go ALL of their MMJ clients, leaving the state with a huge problem.

In June of 2018, GNR began to offer Banking Services to Florida. Out of 14 licensees, GNR aquired 11 of them!!!

This includes all of the integrated market "from seed to sale", from dispensaries, to grow operations, to retail, credit card transactions, deposits, investments, etc.

And GRN is now the sole source bank for MMJ for the entire state of Florida!!!! And has the dominant market share! According to the GRN Funds webiste, they use Pacific for credit card transactions.

And Drumroll - Florida is now a $5.4B MMJ Market!!!!!!!!!

Now this has the potential to be a $5B Reverse Merger!! The Hedge Fund and Banking will be two distinct businesses with deposits, with different objectives, rolling up into GRN Holdings Corp, which will be merging into DCGD!!!

Greed is good
