Even harder when there’s constant dilution whacking the bid and management that isn’t capable of delivering what they promise.

The board wasn’t negative until the company started screwing up, don’t ignore the cause and blame the effect if you’re looking for fingers to point. The board didn’t become like this in a vacuum, there’s a reason.
