I understand 8% dilution and the price drops accordingly i.e. 8%. I just don't understand why across the board. In this particular situation, the $400M gets them so far past the finish line that it should trump the mere 8% dilution. And where they can end up now or what they can acquire or what they can make or all 3 makes a measly 8% dilution minimal and are blip on the screen. This isn't just any dilution when considering all the possibilities now at reach by Amrin.
