I dont think they acquired Rooshine. He is working on a proprietary formula for them he said. They are in testing mode he told me back in June.

On a side note, I asked today about a possible PR on the horizon and said "soon, cant release dates"
So it sounds to me something is in the works already. They are just waiting to release it. Maybe its that JV that New Earth was working on. It was in the last PR.
