Said toxic borrowing was over and that the conversions would be all done within a few months. That he would do a share buyback. What does he do instead? Redomiciled in Wyoming and increased authorized from 10 to 20 billion shares. That is not the move a company would take if their debt conversions were almost all done and were considering buybacks.
