CRONOS: OTCBB> to the Nasdaq>>>>
Why I feel DCGD (_ _ _ _) can meet these same challenges as a comparison in the MJ /hemp and banking field.
I make no price projections but give me $0.02 to $0.05/daily for 1 year then we can see after that. That should get me to Millionaire status.

Cronos Group Inc. ( CRON)
The price on Day 1(3-1-2017) listing on OTCBB was $2.17
The price on Day 1(2-28-2018) listing on NASDAQ was $8.24
The Highest price of CRON is 2019 reached $25.95.

Cronos Group Inc. marks a major milestone for marijuana
In February 2018, Cronos Group Inc. made history when it became the first company that touches the marijuana plant to trade shares on a major US security exchange.

31 year old hedge fund manager and now Cronos Group Inc. CEO Michael Gorenstein said he began a relationship with Nasdaq in 2017. The company was approved for an over-the-counter listing (3-2017)— a type of security that trades on an exchange dedicated to small companies. When Gorenstein wanted to move to the Nasdaq, the company spent six months being audited and reviewed by independent committees before filing an application.

OTC Markets, OTCQX Benefits, and NASDAQ – There are many benefits to trading on an exchange such as NASDAQ. The biggest benefits to an exchange are the ability to attract analyst coverage and institutional investors, and the corresponding increase in liquidity that comes with both. Stocks that trade on NASDAQ tend to have a lower bid/offer spread than over the counter securities – again, encouraging trading volume and liquidity.

Importantly, exchange traded securities are exempt from the penny stock definition, allowing for more market maker and broker-dealer participation. A broker-dealer cannot recommend a penny stock transaction to its retail clients, and therefore, no analysts, financial advisors, or institutional investors make recommendations for purchases of penny stocks.

No matter how the financials look below for (CRON) and 2 Billion in cash reserves,
Can DCGD meet the challenge like CRON?
Guess we will see what Mr. Justin Costello- CEO of GRN FUNDS, LLC will do with the shell.
I'm betting he can on his resume and accomplishments thus far..
