Bolivia/Russia will perhaps very likely I would guess soon next then be wanting a nice 100_mile wide strip through the Chilean Atacama Desert to RE-connect Bolivia to the Pacific Ocean in order to ship Bolivian lithium to the Novosibirsk Commercial Sea Port in Russia... and who would dare stop them you would ask?

Now if Russia wants to make lithium batteries for electric cars/buses/trucks to use in Moscow to cut down on the awful air pollution in the capital... then it should follow that they are going to also want lots of cobalt to add to those Russian batteries I would think. I wonder where they will be getting all that new cobalt they will need for those Russki batteries? I kind of doubt it will be that chinese stuff they used in that top-secret submarine that blew up July 2.
