Im completely with you on this topic

I just perused their entire website, and although some of their info is not up to date (ie: they have the wrong expiration date on the IGCIW warrants, indicating they expired in March 2019 when in fact they have been extended into 2021) etc

IGC is NYSE American listed

Some large institutions have been ACCUMULATING IGC stock ever since they got re-listed on the NYSE American

Tens of millions of shares have been accumulated, most over $2/share

The last offering IGC had raised $27,000,000 and was priced over $5/share so there are many large players that want to see this trade over $5 into the $10 area
