Your A is a plausible option because the S1 said they essentially bought shares at 1.06 minus a small discount just not as good as .65 or so. They probably think they got swindled lol. There's really no way to tell if this is positive or negative at the moment. Management sure doesn't help matters. When's the last time Bob did anything good for shareholders??

On another note, has anyone heard of a shareholders association? I bet everyone who reads here has a combined total number of shares to gain majority control and possibly get Bob out of the way and better themselves in getting the share price back up.
