On January 1, 2019, as final of payments for the Royalty Agreement with LDS, the Company (Transcanna) issued 19,781 shares at $0.50 per share to LDS (Note 4) with a fair value of $9,891.

They already pay LDS anyway.

Transcanna just has left a value in cash of 74'310 $. A loss of 20c per share. No revenues!

Transcanna seems to be a zombie company.

I would love to get some explanations from LDS to that deal, really...
