Sure, consider both sets of assets.

I understand, and appreciate the perspective.

I'm not sold on Dighost taking over and adding value.

Terms of deal don't make sense, imo

HSSHF is worth more, and it's a clear breach of fiduciary duty by Gray.

I'm voting NO.
