Well, that presents a unique situation. When a Broker previously allowed a client to purchase shares the Broker MUST allow that client to sell those shares.

If Robinhood does not allow trading on the OTC they can only forbid 'opening positions'/buy orders, but they must allow 'closing positions'/sell orders.
