SSK/Anyone....question on this last trade of mine please :

6/26/2019 - SGH(sold) - CANF(bought)

Since SGH had been a 'doubled down' stock that I sold, does it now mean that CANF is also an automatic 'doubled down' stock that I own now?
Or, do I have one part CANF & one part CASH left?
