I wish I could answer your question. In my hypothetical, It would have to be more than 10 dollars a share because it would not allow frivolous lawsuits from investors who bought at a lower price, the $9.20 cvsi high. It all depends on many variables. What is the acquirer willing to pay, investor approval by both parties, etc. Your guess is as good as mine. I’m hoping $12.00 then I would have doubled my investment. Like many here I believe, we would rather hold long and hope for higher gains. It’s inevitable, the CBD /MJ players are going to shake out the weak players. That will be done through acquisitions from the deep pocket concerns. Imo Wolf
