Stephen Hiu lists himself as retired on ilnkedin, and it shows Igene went out of business in 2015.

The fact IGNE was reinstated well over a year ago, with no visible activity since then, suggests something may have gone awry. One would think IGNE would have had ample time by now, to generate filings if they planned to get current.
