Well if you read Docket 583 (from today )
it is the docket withdrawing from claim of docket 555 (which is the claim for Administrative expenses /fees )
If you read docket 555, the claim is only includes the amount of $128k (for their fees) ... This claim states Amex was responding to mercuria request to court to not approve these fees ...Amex try’s to say that their fees (128k ) should be paid since they helped to contribute to getting the RSA approved . I quickly read through the entire claim and what happened was Mercuria was disputing their fees based on how they were recorded and says those fees were the responsibility of Amex , not Mercuria... therefore , after much back and forth they were unable to prove the fees were associated to RSA , and therefore were dropped (withdrawn ) .
