IKR, before R/S the ticker actually traded....The notion to R/S was apparnetly unanimous by the board of directors. Still no justification for the R/S. It killed everything.

As it was written in the PR saying R/S

“It was not a difficult decision to effectuate this corporate action due to the enormous benefits it will ultimately bring to the company and our shareholders alike. These benefits will commence immediately.

Also in that PR:

Trina went on to state, “Yesterday was a tough day for sure to see the stock decline so much in value after moving off the summer time lows of 2018 but ultimately my job as CEO is to continue to create shareholder value and put the company in the best position possible to grow and become a major player at all levels in the areas we are in or entering into.

6 months later... this ticker doesn't trade... I'm only posting truths that can be verified.
