There wasn't a complex restructuring - you must be using information from the 5th Monitor's Report.

The restructuring ship sailed when the Quebec Court ordered a going concern sale and it didn't produce any bidders.

When the court ordered a liquidation of the BioAmber assets - there was nothing to restructure.
