Mike I had just the opposite happen. First time I took CBD the stiffness in my fingers released immediately. Have taken it ever since for like 5 or six years. Be happy you didn't have an effect. You may have to have something wrong to notice a reaction. Even with no reaction i would think you should have additional endurance but then again if you don't get physical it's hard to tell.
