I’ve done some searching and can’t find where it says , definitively, if it’s calendar days or business days.

The 45 days from the end of the quarter are calendar days, so why wouldn’t the extension be calendar days?

Honest question. I’m fairly new at this, only been a few months, so I’m always eager to learn.
