Lincoln, If the company is sold for $10 a share I will kiss you!!!!! Hahahaha If you accept the offer your broker dealer will send your shares to the Stock Transfer agent who will be taking the shares and exchanging for cash. You should see shares coming out of your account and funds being deposited. If you don't want to wait, you can sell on the open market for the going price.
