Hard to see where there would be much (if any) interest in buying or selling shares at this point. And shorters would have bailed by now. How much more could they stand to make???...in what period of time.

I don't think SEO or management will fold and give up these assets...ever. No reason and nothing to gain. They will wait this out till hell freezes over to see if anything could ever change the outlook/prospects.

Since they apparently don't have to pay debts...don't have to report...don't have to inform shareholders....etc. they can just sit. Sure they can do the promotion exercise whenever it comes up but I have a hard time seeing why anyone would offer the free ride partnership when they can look at other assets with those that can actually pay their own way. ERHC cannot even fund any new siesmics to entice newcomers to look.
