there are your exact words. you make it sound like geron is teetering-----of course there likely isnt some gaping hole in technologies presenting a slam dunk in curing cancer. nonetheless, dr. okarma sounds far more confident than you and i believe he has made statements that should have greatly answered any legitimate concerns in this area.
