Rock Creek stock cannot be used in a reverse merger. Once they go Chapter 7, the stock MUST be cancelled. It is automatic liquidation of everything, including the equity. That is the law, and it won't change here.

The common stock has no chance of recovery. It will be cancelled, and anyone holding shares will lose 100% of their investment.
