This ticker was taken over by a Chinese owner 2 years ago started to trade at 0003 for a short time then no activity. All of a sudden an RS with no news.
I've owned this ticker since 2008. I now own 7k shares after the RS. OS prior to rs was 9.7b that brings current OS to 9.7M
which is excellent. I'm thinking about holding on to my shares in case something good is in the
works. I wish they would put out a PR.
