I agree but in defense of the surprised, they did buy in much much higher and some bought at a price that thought this was investment grade at the time. Now we are at a point were this dilution just needs to end, positive results need to be released and big news can spark a run much much higher than $RETC is at now after confirmation of dilution break or completion.
