Yes, you are right! but when you can't trust the CEO of the company than anything is possible regardless what he says via PR or puts in the agreement. Anyways, I am holding because I trust on both YIC & YIC-online businesses as real companies and hoping their involvement to ARSN will bear fruit here shortly. However, at the same time what I fear is if Everett end up repeating his past records here as well with ARSN. That is all.

I still believe there to be a major spike coming very soon, regardless of this ARSN & YIC Corp merger relation end up staying or dying. But really hoping it will close as it did with YIC-online distribution LLC. The recent 1-A filing keeps me alive and hopeful of $$$$$ coming sooner than later :)
