So mgmt. has been chatting it up with institutions for money for a long time now. What's the problem ? Such an easy business model. Doesn't take that long to get money. The pros dunno how the value the business either ? ROFLMAO ......

As I have said for years, this mgmt. wasn't getting the job done ..... and to prove it ...... they basically drove the business into the ground. Their lack of inaction has destroyed the business. Whether it be talent or money. They didn't do it. Now they are getting fire sale valuation. Impressive job.

Where are the SPIN permabulls ???
