Hubai Chuguan is wasting time and money. Now that their motion to dismiss was denied, I expect this will be resolved quickly. Smart investors can read the Summary Judgement Motion and clearly see that Hubai Chuguan can not provide proof that the shares were ever legally issued, recorded or registered. They tried to convince the judge that the statue of limitation ran out. However, that has nothing to do with providing recorded proof of legal share ownership. After reading that ignorant response by Hubai Chugan it makes me angry that they practically admitted to protecting themselves while scamming share holders back in 2008. I would love to get together with other LDSR shareholders who owned stock in LDSR back then and find an attorney to go after Hubai Chuguan.
