Willis is a genius.
I just had my ah-ha moment.

So he released yesterday’s news without disclosing the terms of the acquisition in the PR.

Shorts got all over that.

It was released this morning quietly within an 8-K though.

This was to trap the shorts imo, Willis is tired of them messing with us and will deliver the KO punch.
